Returns Policy



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NuGreatSkin. If you change your mind for any reason, we gladly accept returns on unopened and saleable products for store credit.



Eligibility for Returns:



  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).




Important Notes:



  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.




How to Request a Return:



  1. Email us at Nugreatskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will  provide return instructions.
  3. After inspection, we will issue a store credit to be used on any future purchase.
